…And The Whale Book Got A Name

Hello and welcome, dear readers.

title-tagA brief but important post this week: The title of my new book (Available online September 1st!) and the location of the San Francisco book launch on Sunday, October 2nd.

In 2012, we launched TJ & Tosc.

In 2014 we rocked out to the prog rockification of TJ & Tosc, with Perfect Beings.

In 2015 you gave your money and your blessings to ongoing charity publication of The Collected Works Of William “Chili Bill” Eichinger.

And now for 2016, I am proud to announce the release of my next novel! This September, the world will finally meet

Cetus Finalis: A Gray Whale Odyssey

Available online September 1st, paperback and ebook. I first drafted Cetus Finalis in 2011, shortly before the publication of TJ & Tosc. Some of you may even remember my account of the draft during one National Novel Writing Month. Well, since that time, the book has undergone significant transformation and repeated revision. Now, at long last, Cetus Finalis has found its way through the editorial skein into the land of book design, printing, and distribution.

finneganssignI am high-falootin’, rootin’ tootin’ delighted to release this enchanting book! The launch is getting closer every day. Cetus Finalis will launch at the illustrious San Francisco landmark, Finnegan’s Wake (937 Cole Street, 94117), 3PM, Sunday, October 2nd; mark your calendars now, detail to follow. Please stay tuned in the coming weeks as I reveal tastes and tidbits of my newest novel, Cetus Finalis: A Gray Whale Odyssey. Here you can enjoy whale facts, author interviews, sneak peeks of the cover art, sample pages, giveaways, excerpts, and more.

For example, “Well, what’s it about?!” “What does ‘Cetus Finalis mean?” or “Why are you launching your book at an Irish pub?” Well, I’ve got good answers for you, aside from the best Bloody Mary in San Francisco. See you next week!

Now I want one…

Thank you for reading. Reading rules!
